Drilling was also done at the Cinderella target, where seven holes totaling 3,348 m were completed. Two of them, 08-CI-464 and -467, encountered significant gold mineralization, as shown in the table below:
| Drill Hole | From (m) | To (m) | Core Length (m) |
Approx. True Width (m) | Au g/t |
| 464 | 252.5 | 268.1 | 15.6 | 11 | 3.83 |
| Incl. | 258.2 | 265.2 | 7.0 | 5 | 8.12 |
| Incl. | 259.2 | 262.2 | 3.0 | 2 | 16.58 |
| 467 | 400.6 | 405.4 | 4.8 | 3 | 27.3 |
| Incl. | 402.85 | 405.4 | 2.55 | 1.6 | 41.6 |
These seven holes demonstrate that the Piché Group is steeper (80-85° N dip as opposed to 70° N dip at Lac Gamble and Augmitto) with overall thickness in the range 100-120 m as opposed to 15-40 m at Lac Gamble area. But more importantly, the results from these holes clearly demonstrate that the best potential for high gold grades in the Piché Group rocks at Cinderella is at vertical depths greater than 225 m. The first three holes drilled (463, 465 and 466) intersected a thick sequence of barren talc-chlorite schist with minor green carbonate rocks at vertical depths of 155 m, 90 m and 225 m respectively. The fourth hole was drilled at a vertical depth of 260 m and intersected a zone of silicified Piché Group rocks that returned 8.1 g/t Au over 7 m. Follow-up drilling resulted in the high-grade intersection of hole 467.
The Cinderella target is a high priority area for the Company.
Drilling was done at the Cinderella target, where holes were drilled to test the possible eastern extension and plunge of the 464-467 area. One of them, 09-CI-510, cut nearly 17 m of strongly silicified albitized dike, which averaged just under 1 g/t Au. The presence of this dike is highly encouraging, geologically, as this type of dike are strongly associated with gold zones at Kerr Addison mine. The other holes indicate that the high grades of gold do not continue to the east, which is interpreted to be due to a fault.
Two holes were drilled to the west, one of which cut good grades of gold in the Piché Group and also hit a bonanza grade interval in the footwall meta-sediments, as shown in the table below:
| Drill Hole | From (m) | To (m) | Core Length (m) |
Approx. True Width (m) | Au g/t |
| 519 (Piché) | 433.0 | 437.0 | 4.0 | 2.8 | 12.6 |
| Incl. | 434.0 | 435.0 | 1.0 | 0.7 | 48.3 |
| 519 (meta-seds) | 546.28 | 556.53 | 10.35 | 7.2 | 74.67 |
| Incl. | 556.10 | 556.23 | 0.13 | 0.09 | 5,750.0 |
The other hole, 09-CI-520, cut two zones of gold mineralization in the Piché Group, which were low grade. The hole was lost before reaching the footwall zone of silicified and veined meta-sediments.
These holes demonstrate that the Piché Group is still silicified, carbonatized and gold bearing to the west of the 464-467 area.
