A logging and lithogeochemical and petrographical sampling program on previous drill cores was initiated in September 2006 by Yorbeau Resources Inc., in collaboration with Dr. Tim Barrett and Dr. Wally MacLean of Ore Systems Consulting (www.oresystems.com). This project is complementary to studies made in 2003 and 2004 on the chemostratigraphy, alteration and mineralization of the volcanic rocks on the Beschefer property.

The main objective of the project (Stratigraphy and Alteration of Archean VMS-Prospective Rocks, Beschefer Township, Quebec, Canada) was to generate new volcanogenic massive sulphides (VMS) drilling targets for a future drilling program.
