Subsequent to the resource calculation in 2005, no exploration work was carried out on the Astoria Block as the Company focused its attention primarily on the Augmitto and Cinderella Blocks.

During 2008, the Astoria database consisting of thousands of samples from hundreds of drill holes, both underground and surface, has been compiled, corrected and incorporated in the overall Company database for the Rouyn property. These data were evaluated during 2009 as part of a program to select the most favourable drill sites to test the downward plunge of gold mineralization.
